We just closed on our new home at The Sea Ranch with the assistance of Rosie Iversen at Coldwell Banker Coastal Properties. Our experience with Rosie was fantastic. We first met Rosie in 2010 when we purchased our first Sea Ranch home. Not only isshe an amazing realtor with exceptional knowledge of the entire North Coast area, but she's also one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. From the start, she embraced my husband, our two kids, and me like family. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to sell that home in 2014, which was heartbreaking-but we stayed in touch with Rosie over the years. When the opportunity came to buy again in Sea Ranch in 2022, she was the first person we called. Rosie found us the perfect home, and we are so happy to be back at Sea Ranch (and closer to seeing Rosie again!)....
