About Katelyn Bashore

Six years ago, a mid-summer vacation brought me to the Mendonoma Coast. I was inexplicably drawn to not only the sublime nature of the coast but more importantly the effortless connections I made within the community. On a whim, I decided to make Gualala my home. With a substantial background in customer service, I planted myself at the local hardware store where I was able to immerse myself in this unique society. 

For five years, I collaborated with many of the local contractors and tradespeople, not only gaining immense knowledge in home repair and construction but also cultivating strong relationships with the people that fabricate and maintain our beautiful homes. Taking part in the home building process from start to finish ultimately sparked my passion for real estate. Now I channel my knowledge of homes into guiding others through the sales process. By blending patience and persistence along with an attention to detail, I have been fortunate to help my clients see their goals through.
